Project 222 Part IV 501c3 draft
Project 222 is a global human rights initiative created to support sustainable practices in utilizing the Earth’s resources in relation to the dignified access within civil society to affordable food, water and shelter to all. Our message is that every one of us is best served if all of us have dignified access to a daily minimum of 2 gallons of fresh water, 2,000 nutritional calories and 200ft3 of secure living space. This is a realistic expectation and an achievable goal. It is a formula for peace and well being.
Using these quantities we seek to start a conversation and and inspire critical action required to address the current population suffering as well as be proactive in addressing future displaced populations
We advocate for systemic change needed to sustain the global population in relation to these minimum standards and support best practices as they are identified. We work to understand the biosphere, society, technology and advocate for sustainable practices in utilizing finite natural resources. We support local, regional, and international NGO's. We maintain that it is possible that the Earth sustain the global population with *{222}, if we as a civilized society identify that as a common goal that serves our self interests.
We support using our natural resources in ways that take into account first urgent needs, but also prioritize sustainable practices to empower the individual to contribute to civil society with dignity and freedom.
